how do change my reserved dates for my passes?

Hello Jennifer. Thank you for taking the time to visit us on planDisney!

Life happens and plans change. As someone who has needed to alter plans often, I truly appreciate the flexibility a Disney vacation offers. So “Hakuna Matata” Jennifer, let’s get your new plans squared away so you can start planning your vacation based on new travel dates. Before completely changing your reservation dates on Disney Park Pass system, let’s take a look at the availability calendar for your new dates in April. According to the arrival date you listed, I took a peek at the availability calendar and it appears all the theme parks are cleared to book. (Please note, park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability, which can change until your reservation is confirmed. The sooner you make your changes on Disney Park Pass, the better!)

Now let’s go about changing your park reservations. Head to your My Disney Experience account and click on the “My Plans” tab. If you’re using your computer, you’ll see the My Disney Experience tab on the upper right corner; hover over it then click on “My Plans”. If you’re using your mobile device to access My Disney Experience app, click on the three small horizontal lines on the lower right corner to access the menu where you’ll see “My Plans”. When you’re in “My Plans”, you will see your current Disney Park Pass reservations. Go ahead and cancel each one, then return to Disney Park Pass page to make new reservations with dates in April. You’ll be prompted again to create your travel party from your Family & Friends list. Click on the lucky individuals who will accompany you on your fun adventure, then press “Continue”. Choose the new date and theme park you’d like to visit, then carefully review your selections. Once everything looks correct, click “Confirm”. Once your park reservation is confirmed, you will be able to view this updated reservation in “My Plans” (both online and in My Disney Experience mobile app). Voilà, you’re all set and ready to enjoy the magic!

Be sure to stay up to date with the latest updates and official Disney news by checking out Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World Resort website. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on planDisney again. We are all EARS to help!

    Have a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
