How do i change my reservations

Hi, Erika. Welcome to planDisney. I'm glad you stopped by! I am happy to walk you through how to change your Disneyland park reservation. I'm not sure if you have a standard theme park ticket or a Magic Key pass, so I am providing information for both to cover all the bases!

For a standard theme park ticket, including multi-day tickets, you will need to modify or cancel your park reservation by 11:59 PM Pacific Time the night before the reservation. If you don't cancel or modify before that time, you will need to wait until the reservation day ends before being able to reschedule your visit.

If you are a Magic Key Pass Holder, you must modify or cancel the reservation by 11:59 PM Pacific Time the night before. If you don't, your Magic Key will get a "no-show" if you don't make the reservation. If you get three no-shows on your Magic Key in any 90-day window, you cannot make new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days.

Erika, to modify your theme park reservations, log in to the Disneyland Resort website and find "Theme Park Reservations" on the "Tickets & Parks" tab of the Disneyland Resort website. Click on the blue "Make or Modify Park Reservation" button, and it will bring up a list of Upcoming Theme Park Reservations. Click on "Modify Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation" on the right of the reservation you want to change. Before modifying or canceling any reservation, I highly suggest checking the calendar for availability for the desired date and theme park.

If you are a Magic Key holder, you can book park reservation dates 90 days in advance. Keep in mind that if you have a Magic Key, your pass is subject to both the Blockout calendar and rolling availability for a given date. Also, you can check your pass' No-Shows by clicking "Book Theme Park Reservations" instead of modifying an existing reservation. For each pass associated with your account, it will list the numbers of No-Shows under the Guest name and Magic Key Pass type.

Visit us again if you have any more questions, Erika. My planDisney pals and I love to help!

    See you in the park,
    Melissa
