I want to change my reservation resort for my trip

    Welcome to planDisney Denise!

I feel like I never book my Walt Disney World vacation just one time. With college aged kids, it seems our plans always need to be updated. I find myself changing resorts, adding on guests, or adding or deleting Dining Reservations. Luckily, it is super easy to make any needed changes.

Log onto your My Disney Experience account. Under "My Plans" you will see everything that you have booked. To change your Resort Hotel choice, click on "Change Reservation" and you can make your needed updates. Depending on the changes and type of reservation, you may need to add additional funds to cover the deposit. There will be a check-out screen to let you know of your new pricing.

If you have Dining Reservations booked, make sure to review all your choices. There is a no-show fee so cancel any unwanted reservations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. All of your dining should also be listed in your My Disney Experience account.

One final reminder: If you are changing travel dates, update your Theme Park Tickets and Theme Park Reservations so everything is in order! It's all done with a few clicks so hopefully your changes will be completed quickly.

Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World during the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
