Hi Brett,
Welcome to planDisney!
Welcome to the
Annual Passholder family! I am always happy to greet another Annual Passholder! You could go ahead and do online check-in. Just be sure the cancel or modify according to the
terms and conditions to avoid cancellation penalties. Also know that while a new
Special Offer may be released prior to the dates of your visit (and in time for you to modify without penalty) availability for that Special Offer may be quite limited. Do, however, keep an eye on those offers!
It's nice to see you planning well in advance. With the time you have, you can truly consider your dining and other special experiences. If you have not considered one of the
Disney Dining Plans, I would encourage you to consider one. We love the
Disney Dining Plan and have found it to be a good value for our family. Also take some time to look through the
Enchanting Extras Collection. We had so much fun with the
Up Close with Rhinos and
Caring for Giants experiences.
As you make plans, also keep an eye on geography. I had to learn to plan with geography in mind. On our first trip with the girls, I had booked a dining reservation in EPCOT. Our girls still needed a daily nap on that first visit, so we had gone back to the resort to take a nap and then headed back to the park for dinner. We literally had to work to get across the park for that dining reservation with two 5-year olds who were tired. Now, if I know we will be returning from the resort hotel for dinner at a theme park, I will book a dining location near the main entrance.
Brett, I hope this helps! Sending you a little extra pixie dust as you make those
practically perfect plans!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
