    I would like to change the reservation I did at Crystal Palace for the lunch hour on Feb. 22. It is possible to do without cost? How do I change this reservation?

    Hello Cristiane!

    Crystal Palace is one of my favorite character meals on property, since my little girl is crazy about Winnie the Pooh it is a must do on our trips.  Changing you reservation should not be a problem as long as you do not wait until less than 24 hours before your reservation.  Each reservation must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of your reservation time, if not you will be charged a fee of $10 per a person.  Changing your reservation can be done in two ways, by calling (407) WDW-DINE and speaking to a cast member or you can do it online.  Just go to the myDisneyExperience tab at the top of waltdisneyworld.com webpage, under your reservations just click the one you wish to cancel and follow the prompts.  Once you have cancelled your reservation, you can book your new reservation online by going to Things to Do Tab and click on Dining Reservations.  From here you can pick which restaurant you would like and select an exact time or meal for your reservation.  If you cannot find an exact time, try using the meal option and you will be given several times that have openings.  I hope this helps and please let us know if we can help with anymore of your questions!
