Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about modifying your existing reservations. Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be here before you know it, you are going to have so much fun celebrating the magic of the Holiday Season!
Depending on what type of reservation you would like to modify the procedure may be slightly different. If you are looking to change a
Theme Park Reservation, you will have to cancel your existing Theme Park Reservation and make a new reservation once you have canceled. Prior to canceling, I do recommend making sure there is still
availability at your preferred Theme Park for your date, because once you cancel your existing reservation there is no guarantee that you will be able to make a new reservation, as capacity is always changing.
If you would like to change a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package or resort hotel package, login to your
My Disney Experience Account and under "My Plans" scroll down to your reservation. On the right hand side you should see a button that says "Change Reservation". Follow the prompts to modify your reservation and once complete you should receive a new confirmation email within 24 hours. The changes should also be updated in My Disney Experience. If for some reason you are unable to modify your existing reservation online, try calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to assist with your changes, if possible.
