My Disney Experience account and upcoming resort reservation.
The first step is to log in to your My Disney Experience account. If you have a resort package that includes a
resort room,
theme park tickets, and the optional
Disney Dining Plan, you should be able to modify your existing reservation right there. I recommend logging in from a computer rather than your phone, as the layout is easier to navigate when making changes.
Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see all the details of your reservation, including resort information, ticket details, and the names of each guest in your party. This is also the spot where you can update guest information, switch a name, or even remove someone if plans have changed.
If you run into any hiccups or the option isn’t showing up online, don’t worry. Just
give Disney a call, and a friendly Cast Member can walk you through the process or make the updates for you over the phone. Be sure to have your reservation number handy when you call, as it makes everything go much smoother.
Also, any time you make changes, double-check that everything updates correctly in both your My Disney Experience account and in your confirmation email. That way, you’ll be all set before your magical vacation begins!
