Unfortunately, I have firsthand experience with your question. Last year, I lost the debit card that I used to pay for my family’s Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passes. But alas! This is great news for you, Terri, because I can now happily tell you how to update your annual pass method of payment.
I love that we Florida residents have an option to either pay for our annual passes in full or by enrolling in the Monthly Payment Plan. If you need to change your payment information (for any reason at all), there are a couple of ways you can do this. First, you can visit Guest Relations near the entrance of any of the four theme parks or at the Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs.
Or, if you’d like to skip the queue, call the
Annual Passholder Payment Services phone number that’s listed on the Walt Disney World Help Center website. After speaking to a friendly Cast Member and updating your payment information, you will be well on your way to tap into the magic again.
