I know you're wanting to log into your My Disney Experience account so you can book your
advance dining reservations, secure those
Lightning Lane Passes, and book your next
Disney Resort Hotel stay. The good news is that resetting your password is an easy and intuitive process, and I'm here to walk you through it.
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to the Walt Disney World Resort website
- Hover over "My Disney Experience" under the search bar at the top right
- Click "Log In or Create Account" at the bottom of the pop up menu
- Enter the email you use to log in and click "Continue"
- Underneath the password box on the next screen, click "Having trouble logging in? Send a one-time code"
- Check your email and enter the one-time code
- Choose "Change Password" on the next screen
You can also complete these steps in the
My Disney Experience app! Just open the app, click the hamburger menu (☰), choose "Account Settings," and then "Password." You'll get a similar one-time code to allow you to reset your password.
