If you ask
Moana, she’ll let you know that sometimes wayfinders have to change direction. But unlike her having to cross the horizon to determine
how far she’ll go, you don’t have to move oceans to change pre-booked
Lightning Lane selections to a different park before you redeem them.
If you’re going to be modifying your
Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections, click the three horizontal lines (𑁔) in the bottom right-hand corner of the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, select the “Lightning Lane Passes” tile, which is where you will see all of the Lightning Lanes you have booked for your trip. Find the day in question and click on the tile that says “Lightning Lane Multi Pass - Lightning Lanes Booked for [insert park name here].” Next, click “Modify Lightning Lane Multi Pass,” select the members of your party for whom you'd like to make this change, and follow the prompts to change parks and Lightning Lane selections.
If you’re doing this for a
Lightning Lane Single Pass selection, you can simply find that selection, click it, select the option to modify, and you will be able to change your experience if available. Please note that in both scenarios, if the new park and/or attraction has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference at the time you make your modifications. If the price is less, you will not receive a refund for the difference.
Now, just in case you actually want to ask Moana for some (non-Lightning Lane) wayfinding advice, you can usually find her in both
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and in
EPCOT, typically near the entrance to the
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana experience. After all, she’s everything she’s learned and more, and she will undoubtedly have some pearls of wisdom for you. Plus, there are usually some
PhotoPass Photographers nearby to document the occasion.
