Hey there, Sharon. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I've changed my fair share of
park pass reservations around since the reopening of Walt Disney World last summer and it's no trouble at all.
The first thing you are going to want to do, Sharon, is to check the
theme park availability to make sure that there are parks available for the dates you'd actually like to visit. If there is availability, you'll then need to log in to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Once there, scroll down until you see your daily itinerary. On the day that you'd like to change your park pass reservation you'll need to select the "View Details" button. This will bring you to a page where you have the option to cancel your existing park pass reservation. At this time, there is no way to modify an existing park pass reservation so you will have to cancel them out before making new ones. You'll want to do this for each day that you want to change around. After your park pass reservations are canceled, you can then head over to the park pass reservation website. You'll go through the same process before where you select your planning party, the date and theme park you'd like to visit. If all is well then you'll be taken to a confirmation page and have the option to make another park pass reservation for another day. After all of your park pass reservations are made, you should be able to see your new itinerary over on your MyDisneyExperience account. I actually find all of this easier and much faster to do this over on the
MyDisneyExperience app. If you have the app downloaded to your smartphone just open the app and log in. Then click the menu bar on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This will open up the menu and you'll want to select "My Plans". Just click the day you'd like to cancel your existing park pass reservation, hit cancel and then you're done. You can do this for all of the days and then visit the homepage of the app and select the option to "Book Now" under Make a Theme Park Reservation. This will take you to the website where you can start the process of making your new park pass reservations.
I know it may seem confusing because there's a lot of steps to type out but it really is simple. Take a look at the availability calendar, cancel your old park pass reservations and then make new ones. The process is pretty automated so you shouldn't have any problems but if you do, please feel free to come back and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
