    Change park reservations

    Welcome to planDisney, Heather!

It is a pleasure to answer your very first question! We are passionate about helping Guests plan magical Disney vacations, so count on our knowledgeable panelists for personalized tips and advice.

Before visiting a theme park, all Guests with valid admission must make a park reservation in advance via the Disney Park Pass system. To enter a park, both a reservation and valid tickets will be required for the same park on the same date for Guests ages 3 and up. At this time, Guests are able to select one park per day. In case you need to modify your reservation, you will have to cancel it and book a new reservation through the system once again (subject to availability). To cancel an existing reservation, please visit My Plans on My Disney Experience.

Heather, I highly recommend keeping the latest version of the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. You will have every single detail of your visit readily available anytime, anywhere, and you will be able to share all your plans with friends and family.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit.

    Best Disney wishes,
