Can I change my park reservation if we decide to go to a different park one day?

    Hi Emily,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for dropping by planDisney with your question about Theme Park Reservations.  Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up soon, what a great way to kick off the holiday season!

If you already have a Theme Park Reservation, while we aren't able to modify an existing reservation, you are able to cancel the reservation and make a new Theme Park Reservation provided there is still availability.  Since you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during a busy time of year, I strongly suggest checking the Theme Park Availability Calendar before canceling your Theme Park Reservation and making a new reservation.  Once you cancel there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure the same reservation again, depending on availability.

To change your Theme Park Reservation, sign into your My Disney Experience Account either on the Walt Disney World Resort website or the My Disney Experience Mobile App and under "My Plans" find the reservation you wish to cancel.  There should be a button that says "Cancel Reservation", follow the prompts to cancel and then in "My Plans" select "Theme Park Reservations".  Again, follow the prompts to select your new Theme Park, date and party.  Once the reservation is confirmed, you should see the new Theme Park Reservation in your My Disney Experience Account.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort this November, Emily.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
