Hi, Derrick! Welcome to planDisney!
Thanksgiving is just about behind us, and that means your holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is almost here! I'm so excited for you to experience a
Disney holiday. There's truly nothing quite like it!
As you might imagine, this is one of the busier weeks at the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many Guests just like us who can't wait to get a little pixie dust during the holiday season. And since Disney now requires us to make
Disney Park Pass reservations in advance, we need to be sure to check the calendar to see what parks are available on the day we hope to visit. Taking a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar just now, it looks like
Disney's Hollywood Studios is already booked up on November 29. With that in mind, I'd go ahead and hold onto your reservation at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. The good news is that if you have the
Park Hopper Option added to your tickets, you can try to hop to Disney's Hollywood Studios after 2 p.m. The rest of the week is looking practically perfect, so if you can rearrange your days a bit, you'll be able to visit any theme park you like.
I do want to quickly go through the process to change a theme park reservation in case something opens up for you. You can do this online, but not in the My Disney Experience mobile app at this time. Just sign into your
My Disney Experience account in your browser and go to "My Plans." On that page, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and find the Disney Park Pass reservation you want to change. Click on "View Details," then on "Modify Reservation" on the next page. Follow the prompts to make a new reservation for your party, then confirm. And that's it! Your new plans should be all set!
Derrick, I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney days. Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and have a magical vacation!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
