Hello Christopher,
Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney.
It sounds like you have a theme park reservation for the Walt Disney World Resort, and that's great to hear. There's so much to see, do, and experience in the theme parks, especially this year as
"The World’s Most Magical Celebration" offers so many fun ways to mark the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have made a theme park reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system, it's helpful to know the important detail that theme park reservations can be created, and they can be cancelled should your plans change. However, theme park reservations cannot be modified. What you can do is cancel your reservation using your "My Plans" features in your My Disney Experience account, and then you can make a new theme park reservation with the Disney Park Pass system.
To cancel a theme park reservation, sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to the
"My Plans" area. You should see a section for "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" where your "Daily Itinerary" tab will display the theme park reservations that you made. When you click on the "View Details" button, you should see a "Cancel This Reservation" link. When you click the link to cancel the reservation, you'll be prompted to select the Guests for whom you want to cancel the reservation.
You can also take care of making and canceling theme park reservations through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. To cancel a theme park reservation in the mobile app, tap the main menu icon in the lower right on the home screen and tap the "Future Plans" tile. Tap on the reservation you wish to cancel, and you'll see the option to cancel the reservation.
Before you cancel a theme park reservation you have made and look to make a new reservation, it's helpful to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. This calendar will show you which theme parks have reservations available for the days you might wish to visit the theme parks.
Christopher, I hope you find this tip helpful. Here's wishing you lots of fun when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
