Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Courtney. It looks like you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few, short days! That's super exciting. There's no place I'd rather be!
To change a Theme Park Reservation, you first need to cancel the existing one you have. Before canceling that existing reservation, though, be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar! If you see availability for the park you'd like to visit, go ahead and cancel the Theme Park Reservation you currently have.
To cancel your reservation online, log in to your
My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down the page that says, "Courtney's Plans and Tickets." You should see any Disney Park Passes listed there. Click on the "View Details" box that is next to the Disney Park Pass you'd like to modify. On the next page, you'll see the details of that Disney Park Pass and a blue link that says, "Cancel This Reservation." Once you've successfully canceled, you can make a new
Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System!
Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app? This handy tool is magic at your fingertips! You can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to cancel and change your Theme Park Reservation on your mobile device. Start by clicking on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on "My Plans" and then scroll down to find the Disney Park Pass you'd like to cancel. Once you find it, click on the theme park image and then click on the cancel icon. To make a new Theme Park Reservation on the app, just click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, select "Make a Park Reservation," and follow the prompts. Easy!
I suggest making a Theme Park Reservation for
EPCOT. The
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival starts in just two days, and you won't want to miss it!
I hope this was helpful, Courtney. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the Walt Disney World Resort!
