Hey Howdy Hey Chrissy and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you so much for this question about changing the dates of your park tickets. You should be able to take care of this process through your
My Disney Experience account, but it would depend on the dates. So let's go through some options.
The first thing to try is to do this yourself on your My Disney Experience account. Once you log on, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for the heading "Tickets & Memory Maker". Under that heading, you should see all of the tickets you have linked to your account and the members they are assigned to. Click on the blue hyperlink "Change Ticket". You should see the option to change the dates of the tickets on there. Just note, that the tickets are priced specifically for the day of purchase and for the park you purchased for, so you may have to pay the difference if the date you change to is different than what you paid for it.
When it comes to dates, here is where it matters. As of right now, you cannot book anything into 2023. Disney usually opens up ticket sales in early summer, around May or June, for the following year and at that time, you might try this option to see if you can change the tickets through My Disney Experience. All tickets do come with an expiration date as well, which you should see on your My Disney Experience account which may limit your ability to do this online as well. In that case, you would
call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be able to help you through this process as well.
I hope this helps to make this process a little easier and I hope you can get your trip rescheduled for next year as well! Let us know if you have any further questions, we are happy to help.
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
