I am delighted to see that you are using the
Disney Park Pass system to make park reservations! It sounds as if one of your guests or you may not have enough theme park tickets. My first suggestion would be to double-check the theme park tickets assigned to each guest and yourself. Count how many park pass reservations each guest currently has and compare that number to the number of ticket days linked to each guest.
If everyone still has ticket days available, I suggest calling 407-939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member. I had a similar issue with making park passes. I cancelled a park pass reservation but the system would not let me make a new one even though the
theme park availability calendar showed availability in the park I was trying to reserve. The Cast Member with whom I spoke was able to make the reservation for us!
As it gets closer to the dates of your trip, remember to make
advanced dining reservations. On our last trip, we made dining reservations for most meals and I was so glad we had them. The one day we tried to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, it was going to take a while to pick up our food. So, plan accordingly and give yourself plenty of time when mobile ordering!
