Welcome to planDisney, Tonya.
It's so great having an upcoming Walt Disney World trip on the horizon. As soon as you drive through that famous archway, you'll be able to “forget about your worries and your strife.” Did you know that the 50th Anniversary Celebration is currently underway? There are new rides and shows, EARidescent souvenirs and décor, tasty snacks and drinks, and so much more! You're going to love every moment.
As Remy from Ratatouille says, “The only thing predictable about life is its unpredictability.” I'm sorry that you've had to adjust your plans. I hope it's for a good reason! If you'd like to change the date on your ticket, here are two simple ways to do that:
Using Your My Disney Experience Mobile App
Open up your
My Disney Experience app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and select "Tickets and Passes." Your ticket should appear with the option to modify the date of your visit.
Using Your Browser
Sign in to your
My Disney Experience account. Go to your "My Plans" page and scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Next, you'll need to click on "Tickets & Memory Maker" to view your ticket. Once you click on the ticket, you should see an option to change the date of your visit.
Tonya, you should be aware that you may have to pay for any difference in the ticket price. This is because some days of the year are more expensive to visit than other days. Also, before you change your date, I'd strongly encourage you to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar.I hope that's helpful, Tonya. Mickey and his pals can't wait for you to arrive.
See ya real soon!
Mike
