How do I change the name on my tickets?

    Hi there, Diana!

    Welcome to planDisney!

The thought of visiting Disneyland Resort must have you smiling from ear to ear. There’s something so special about strolling along the park while enjoying a Mickey-shaped treat. We understand, however, that sometimes plans change, and Guests aren’t able to visit; I’m glad you’ve stopped by with your question so we can help ensure the clock doesn’t strike midnight on your plans!

Diana, while theme park tickets are nontransferable, I’m happy to tell you that as long as your tickets are wholly unused, another Guest is able to use them. To update the name on a ticket, please call the Tickets phone line, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you further.

Changing the ticket with the correct name on it is especially helpful when you’re purchasing the Disney Genie+ service and checking for Lightning Lane selections. Sometimes, people want to choose different attractions, and you’ll want to ensure the correct selection is made for each Guest.

Wishing you an enchanting visit, Diana!
