Hey there, Shaquila! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
Are you getting excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort adventure? Before you know it, you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., with
Cinderella Castle gleaming in the distance. I bet you can practically taste the Mickey ice cream bars right now!
While you're making all of those magical plans, there's always a chance that you'll need to change something. Lucky for us, Disney has you covered!
As long as that ticket hasn't been used yet, you can absolutely change the name in your
My Disney Experience account. I'll walk you through it right here:
- Go to the
Walt Disney World website and click on "Sign In or Create Account" and enter your email address and password.
- Roll your mouse over the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar.
- Select "My Plans" in the drop-down menu.
- Scroll about halfway down the next page and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker."
- You should see all tickets linked to your account. Find the one you want to change and click on "Reassign Ticket."
If the person you're adding is linked to your My Disney Experience account through your
Family & Friends list, you can select them in the drop-down menu. Otherwise, just click on "Add Guest" to manually enter their info. And that's it! The ticket has been reassigned to a different Guest, and you're all set for your magical vacation!
Shaquila, if you have any trouble at all reassigning the ticket, go ahead and
give Guest Relations a call, and a Cast Member will be happy to wave their magic wand and take care of it for you.
