There are two ways you can change a name on a theme park ticket before your arrival. If speaking with someone is easier for you, you can contact the
Tickets support team by phone. If you are on the move and prefer to text, you can connect with a Cast Member via chat within the Disneyland
mobile app. Here’s how:
- Access the main menu by tapping the (≡) button.
- Scroll down to the Help and Feedback section.
- Tap “Chat with Us.”
Sometimes, life happens, and we lose track of things. If you do not change the name on the ticket before your arrival, you can always visit the ticket booth in the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Be sure to do this before any members of your party enter the park! Once a ticket has been assigned to an individual upon entry, it is nontransferable.
