While it makes me sad to think about having to change plans and miss
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, sometimes life just gets in the way of the magic. While it was a bit unfortunate for my friend, I've actually been able to get into a party under these exact circumstances.
Since your husband's ticket to the party is unused, it can be reassigned to your mom via the
My Disney Experience app. Just be sure that she's connected to you in the Family and Friends List. In the app, head to Tickets and Passes and select Reassign Ticket.
Pro-tip: If you haven't purchased those tickets already, I wouldn't wait to do so. There's still the possibility they could sell out for that night and then none of you will be going!
