    How can I change the name of a ticket holder that has not been used yet?

    Like me, I’m sure you were very excited about the official announcement that the Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen on April 30th! I’m happy to hear that you already have theme park tickets! Just don’t forget that a theme park reservation is required in addition to your valid admission. 

    Adjustments to tickets that have already been scanned into the Disneyland Mobile App or website may be possible by calling Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member in either department should be able to assist you.
