Hi there Jia Yu, and welcome to planDisney!
If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like you have already purchased your
theme park tickets, but at least one of the tickets doesn't have the name of the person who will be using it during your trip? If that is the case, you can
call to speak with a Cast Member at the Tickets line - if my link doesn't work for you, then the direct line is +1 (714) 781-4636.
However, I would also add that the names on the tickets when you purchase them don't matter. When you first arrive at an entry gate, the Cast Member who scans your tickets will also take a photo of each person that will be associated with their ticket. This is what will be used when you scan into the park for the rest of your trip!
When you arrive at the parks, I would recommend using the
Disneyland mobile app if you're able to. It has so many helpful features for your trip like a map,
mobile food & beverage ordering, and you can access your park tickets, too! Alternatively, you could also take a screenshot of your park tickets on your phone for easy access.
Additionally, have you made your
theme park reservations for each day of your trip as well? You'll need both your tickets and a valid theme park reservation to enter the parks, so make sure those are covered before you arrive!
There are so many fun things happening at the Disneyland Resort this year as part of the
Disney100 celebration, so this will be such a fun time to visit! Also, make sure to check out the newly reimagined
Mickey's Toontown while you're here as well - it turned out so great!
Thank you again for your question, Jia Yu! Feel free to come back and see us again here at planDisney if you think of any follow-ups.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
