How do I change name for the ticket that I brought?

Hey there, hi there, Sarah! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney to ask us your question!

The countdown has begun and you are getting closer to your Disneyland visit! If you have purchased a ticket and plans have changed, you will need to call Ticket Services or hop on the chat feature either in the Disneyland app or on the website to change the name on a ticket. The person requesting the name change needs to be logged into their Disney account that was used to purchase the ticket to make this change. Names can only be changed on tickets that are wholly unused. If the ticket is partially used, the person using the ticket cannot change.

If you are visiting both parks during your visit, don't forget to experience the Food & Wine Festival at California Adventure as you will be there during one of the last days! My family loves getting a Sip and Savor Pass so that we can grab quite a few options to try from the different marketplaces. Of course, I always save my last coupon for the Mickey-shaped macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces. It's my favorite treat that luckily has returned to the festival in the last few years.

Sarah, I hope you have a magical visit! We are here for any other planning questions you might have!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
