Hi there, Olivia!
To change the name linked to a Disneyland Resort
theme park ticket, you can reach out to a Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. However, the name attached to a ticket is mostly for your convenience to help organize the tickets linked to your Disneyland Resort account in the
Disneyland mobile app. So it is also OK if the name linked to a ticket doesn’t match the Guest using the ticket. Cast Members will use a photo of the ticket holder to identify them during subsequent park re-entries or
park hopping rather than the name.
Tony’s Tip: When you first activate a
Disney eTicket, you will be handed a printed ticket card. To help organize who is using which ticket, you may write the name of each ticket holder on their ticket card. The ticket ID on the card will match the ID in the Disneyland mobile app. That will help with booking
Lightning Lane return times, especially if members of your party happen to choose to split up and enjoy different attractions at the same time.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Olivia! If you have any more questions, we’d love to hear from you again here at planDisney.
