How can I change the name of someone on my tickets?

    Hey Emily!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is right around the corner! I can't wait for you to experience the Magic, wonder, and enchantment of the Disneyland Resort. If your trip includes a visit to Disney California Adventure Park then you'll want to experience the all new San Fransokyo Square. Baymax and Hiro Hamada cannot wait to meet you at their all new epic encounter. While you’re there, make sure to try some of the new Japanese inspired dishes that will be sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Theme park tickets to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are not actually assigned until you get to the main entrance turnstiles. At that time, a Cast Member scans your ticket, takes your picture, and assigns it to the person who will be using it. You don't need to change the name on the ticket before you arrive but I can totally understand if you want to do so. You'll need to call Ticket Services so that a Cast Member can access your account and change the name on the ticket.

Well Emily, If you need help with anything else before your trip please come back and let us know how we can help.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!

Meet the Panelist: Andres, California

Hello from Southern California! I live 90 minutes from the "Happiest Place on Earth." I love photography and the Disneyland Resort and when you put them together, it's pure magic! I have a Disney-loving, rope-dropping family of four. My wife even calls me the Rope Drop Champion. I'm an Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club Member, with home resorts on both coasts. I can't wait to help you experience the most magic while on vacation and show you how to rope drop like a pro! Learn More About Andres
