Hey there, hi there, Omar! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by with your ticket question.
The countdown is on, and you are just a few weeks away from your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
Theme park ticket reservations are linked to a ticket and not a name. However, if you have a wholly unused ticket that you have already attached a name to, you can change the name on the ticket. To do this, you will need to have the person whose MyDisney account purchased the ticket call in to
Ticket Services or chat with a Cast Member on the Disneyland website or
Disneyland app. Unfortunately, there currently is no way to do it yourself. Unless it's a military ticket or other special offer requiring ID proof, the name on the ticket is actually more for you to distinguish tickets from others in your Disneyland app. A ticket isn't formally linked to a person until you scan it for the first time, and a photo is taken of that person.
You'll be arriving the day before
Halloween Time officially kicks off. If you are enjoying a multiday visit, then you will be there for the offical kick off on August 22, 2025. Not only will you enjoy Halloween Time, but you will also still be able to enjoy some of the
70th Celebration as well.
Omar, I hope you have a fantastic visit! See you real soon!
Carrie
