Parrish from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I had to change a name on park tickets for July 14 & 15. When the agent did this for me she said the reservation for that day was changed too. Now I see that the name on the reservation and the ticket are not the same. What do I do?

    Hey Parrish!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with a question!

I’m glad to hear that you were able to change the name on your park tickets with a Cast Member ahead of your visit. But it really was not necessary. That’s because upon arrival a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using each ticket. From then on the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. So, please don’t worry about the ticket and Theme Park Reservation not matching. It should not make a difference.

I hope you have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort! Now is the perfect time to visit! Last month, the all-new Avengers Campus opened at Disney California Adventure Park and Fireworks recently returned at Disneyland Park. Plus, more theme park dining locations are reopening! So, you’ll have even more dining choices than ever before.

I hope you enjoy a truly magical visit to “the Happiest Place on Earth!” Please keep coming back to planDisney with your future questions!
