    How do I change a name on my park ticket

     
    Hiya, Michelle,

    I’ve been there too. A last-minute swap of members of our visiting party has resulted in a mismatch of names. It happens. It’s also OK. The names attached to your theme park tickets in the Disneyland app are not required to match the actual names of the Guests using the tickets. Those names in the app are more for your convenience when sorting through who is using which ticket. 

    Knowing who is using which ticket is mostly useful if your party happens to split up for different activities. Say one group wants to park hop over to Disney California Adventure Park to use an Individual Lightning Lane purchase for the WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure attraction while another group wants to stay in Disneyland Park to use their Disney Genie+ entitlement for the Lightning Lane entrance of the “it’s a small world” attraction. By keeping track of who is using which ticket, you make sure the correct tickets are used for park admission and for booking and using Lightning Lane reservations.
