How do I change the name on one of my tickets?

Hiya, Shannon! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney with your question. You must be very excited about your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

As you won’t be able to change the name on the ticket yourself online, you’ll need to contact Ticket Services to do it for you. As your trip is coming up soon, you could also visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth for help. An unused ticket is transferable to someone else. Once any portion of a ticket is used, it is no longer transferrable. When you have a multi-day ticket, the Cast Members will take a photo of you the first time you scan in with the ticket, because only you can use that ticket for the remainder of the days on the ticket.

You timed your visit perfectly to enjoy the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which is running now through April 26! I hope you’ll get to stop by the Festival Marketplaces to sample some small bites. You can purchase items individually or get a Sip and Savor Pass, which can be used to sample eight treats - you can share the pass amongst multiple Guests, and buying the pass can provide some savings, depending on which bites you plan to try!

    Have a magical visit!
