I want to change the name on one ticket (same type of ticket, adult). How do I do that or can I just present the ticket with the other name?

    Hiya, Carla!

Welcome to planDisney! WOO HOO! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are beyond excited to answer your question and help you plan the most MAGICAL trip ever to the Disneyland Resort!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to share with you that you do not have to change the name on an existing Disneyland Theme Park Ticket in order for another person to use that specific ticket. When you arrive at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a very helpful Cast Member will then take a picture of each person using their ticket. At that point, the Disneyland Theme Park Ticket will then be attached to the person on the picture, NOT to the name on the ticket. Yep...it's that simple! Don't you just love happy endings?!

As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! There are so many exciting announcements being made all of the time, and we all don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!
