Hi there, Ethan!
To make changes to names on
Disney eTickets, you may contact a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line or via the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app. Be sure to have your ticket confirmation number handy, and possibly your original form of payment.
Alternatively, you may choose to continue using the tickets even with names that don’t match the actual user of each ticket. Once an eTicket is activated, only the person who first uses the ticket may use it afterward, regardless of the name that was attached to it. The Cast Member at the theme park entrance will take a picture of the ticket holder when it is activated. That picture will be linked digitally with the ticket so that they can be verified upon exiting and re-entering a park. The Cast Member will also give each Guest a printed ticket card. Note: if you are using
California Resident 3-Day Promotional Tickets, each adult Guest will need a government-issued photo ID with their address on it to verify eligibility. After the ticket is activated, the digital photo linked with the ticket will serve as verification.
Tony’s Tip: To help you keep straight who uses which ticket, I recommend writing the name of each Guest on the printed ticket card. When using the tickets to re-enter the parks or when redeeming
Lightning Lane return times, you may use the printed ticket cards. Or you may check the ticket number on the cards against the ticket number of the tickets displayed in the
Disneyland mobile app.
I hope you and your party have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Ethan!
