I want to change the name of one of our guests tickets

    Hi Robert!

Pumpkins magically change into carriages, beasts transform into princes, and even those of us who do not live in a fairy tale find our circumstances change. Fortunately theme park tickets to Walt Disney World offer flexibility. Unused, unexpired tickets may be modified by date or reassigned.

    - Head to your My Disney Experience app. On the home screen, tap the three stacked lines on the bottom right.
    - Now you are on your personal page with your name on top. Select Tickets and Passes.
    - Choose the ticket you wish to change and select Reassign Ticket.
    - From your Friends and Family list, select the new recipient.

You will need to make a new theme park reservation for the newly assigned ticket. If the ticket is part of a vacation package, you may need to call a Cast Member at existing tickets for assistance with the reassignment.

Wishing you a wonderful visit to see Mickey!
