You can indeed change the name assigned to an unused theme park ticket that is linked to your Disney account. However, you’re unable to edit it yourself on
Disneyland.com or with the
Disneyland mobile app, so you’ll need to call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be able to provide assistance with reassigning the ticket. Be sure to have the ticket ID numbers handy, as well as the email address associated with your Disney account.
