Sweethearts' Nite is such a treat – I can already hear the whimsical tunes, see the twinkling lights, and smell the tasty treats. The
Disneyland After Dark events are a lot of fun, but this one in particular feels like stepping into a fairytale!
I'm glad you have your event tickets secured. Should your plans change and you need to modify the name on one of your tickets, there are a few ways for you, as the original purchaser, to do so. Each method requires talking or messaging with a Cast Member:
- Call the Tickets phone line.
- On the Disneyland website, make sure you're logged in to the account that you used to purchase the ticket. Then, open a chat by pressing the "Help" button on the right side of the page.
- On the Disneyland mobile app, tap the icon with the three lines (☰) and scroll down to the "Chat with Us" option.
Now, while it’s helpful to change the name on the ticket, keep in mind that a ticket isn’t officially assigned until it’s used to enter the park. At that point, a Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest and link it to their ticket. That's what's used for verification when re-entering the park, rather than the name on the ticket.
Don't forget that, with your event ticket, you can enter Disneyland as early as 6 p.m. The fun officially kicks off at 9 p.m., but during this bonus time, you could explore the park, grab an early dinner, and more. Then, as the night carries on, you can expect special entertainment, themed photo opportunities, exclusive food and drink options,
rare Character appearances, and more.

Disney Duets at The Golden Horseshoe, where you can karaoke with a partner. The nighttime ball, cavalcade, and jazz club aboard the Mark Twain Riverboat all sound so fun!
