Can you change a name on an exisiting ticket that hasn't been used yet?

    Hi Michelle! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! Yay! I am always counting down the days until my next vacation to my happy place, and I know just how exciting the final days leading up to the trip are. You must be thrilled!

You should be able to reassign an unused Walt Disney World theme park ticket in your My Disney Experience account. You will need to either reassign to someone that is on your same account or link to the account of the person you are assigning the ticket to.

Once signed in to your My Disney Experience account, go to "My Plans" in the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, then click the link that says, "Tickets & Memory Maker." It is just below your planning party list. All your tickets should pop up on the next page and you should see a drop-down menu that says, "Reassign Ticket." Clicking that menu will give you all the names that you can reassign the ticket to.

You can also complete this on the My Disney Experience mobile app by touching the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then "Tickets and Passes." Select the ticket you want to reassign and the option should show up below. If you are still having trouble, give Disney a call directly and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. They can help you make the transfer!

I hope this helps, Michelle! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
