Hi, Selina!
Welcome, and thanks for asking
planDisney this question about your visit to the
Disneyland Resort. Hooray-- your pixie-dusted day is almost here!
I’m sorry to hear that your husband can’t join you in the theme parks. As you may already know, the parks are only open to California residents at this time, so Cast Members at the theme park entrances may require you to present valid identification to show proof of residency. For that reason, it’s best that the name on each ticket matches the name of the person using it and their identification card. Unused
theme park tickets can’t be assigned to another person online, so I suggest that you call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636 as soon as possible for assistance with reassigning the ticket to your niece prior to your arrival. However, if she isn’t able to join you either, don’t worry! Even if a theme park ticket expires, you can always use the amount you paid as credit toward a new ticket in the future.
I hope this helps you plan, Selina. Please ask us any other questions you have. Enjoy a wonderful day at the Happiest Place on Earth with your family!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
