How can I change the name on a Disney ticket?

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Vanessa!

I'm so excited you are visiting the Disneyland Resort on the first official day of the Holiday season! You will love the wintry decorations, comforting treats, special entertainment, and that indescribable, magical feeling in the air.

November 15, 2024, is also the opening date for Tiana's Bayou Adventure, the highly anticipated attraction at Disneyland Park. As your arrival date approaches, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news.

I understand you would like to change the name on a Theme Park Ticket. First, it is worth noting that--for the majority of standard tickets--it is not necessary to change the name of a ticket if a different Guest will be using it. Since the Cast Member at the Theme Park entrance will take a photo of the Guest using the ticket, it becomes assigned to the Guest thereafter.

Nevertheless, you are more than welcome to change the name on a ticket if your heart desires. In order to do this, you will need to contact the Tickets phone line and talk to a Cast Member who can assist you with this modification. Before calling, it's a good idea to have your Ticket Confirmation Number ready.

Vanessa, I hope this answers your question. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to return. I wish you the happiest visit!

    Your Pal,
