How to change who manages plans in MDE? Someone who is not going this year is listed as managing my children's plans.

    Hey there, Melissa!

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney!

One of features I really appreciate about My Disney Experience is the Family & Friends planning feature that makes it so convenient to connect plans for others who are visiting Walt Disney World Resort with you. When it comes to managing plans for children in My Disney Experience, the person who sets up the child's profile in the Family & Friends feature is the one who manages that child's profile, and there isn't a way for them, or for you, to directly transfer that profile to you to manage. To get help with making a change like this, you would want to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and get their assistance. You would need to provide and confirm information about the My Disney Experience account that was used to create the child's profile initially.

Once you get all set up to make your plans, please be sure to make theme park reservations for yourself and your children using the Disney Park Pass system. Making reservations is quick and easy, and you can see all  your reservations in the "My Plans" area of My Disney Experience.

Melissa, I hope this information is helpful as you look to get your plans going for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. There is so much to see, do, and enjoy, and I hope you'll come back with any more questions you have as you make your plans. We're always happy to share tips and info from our own memorable vacation experiences to help you plan.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
