We are delighted to see you stopping by planDisney with a question! To change a managed guest in your Family & Friends List, I suggest using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Log into the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom right and then scroll down to My Profile. Then click on the Family & Friends List tab. Find the guest you need to change and then click on that name. You should see an option to remove that guest from your list. Before removing the guest from your list, scan the linking code so that the mom can connect with the profile.
If you have plans in My Disney Experience and the guest is linked to those plans, you will not be able to remove the guest from your list. I suggest
calling to speak to a cast member in Website Support. They may be able to assist. It would be helpful to have the child's mom with you when you call in case the cast member needs to add the guest to plans made by the mom. I have been able to call Website Support in the past when changing my husband's profile account and they have been quite helpful!
