I’m happy to help you with changing your last name! I changed my last name when I got married, so I’ve actually done this before without a hitch! (I will note that if your My Disney Experience profile is shared between Disney+, Hulu, or any other type of Disney account, you may need to call a Cast Member in order to make that change as it’s a little more complicated than just updating your name on your Disney account.)
Follow these simple steps below:
-Open and log in to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App-Select the three lines button at the bottom righthand corner of the screen
-Under the “Account” banner, select “Profile”
-Then select “Account Settings”
-Scroll down and update your last name under the “Personal Information” section
That should be all you need to do to update your last name, Rebecca! If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further help.
