Ahoy there, Meagan! Welcome aboard planDisney, where my pals and I are thrilled to have you visit us with your question!
Disney cruises are jam-packed with activities for kids and adults alike. That's what initially attracted my family to Disney Cruise Line. We knew there would be something for everyone. We weren't quite prepared for how much our kids wanted to be in
Disney's Oceaneer Club. I hope your sailing crew loves it as much as mine does!
If you have completed your Online Check-In and you want to change the unique password that you'll use to pick up your kids from the club, you can easily do so. Head to the Disney Cruise Line website, sign into your account, and navigate to your
reservation. From there, look for the words “You’re Checked In!” Select the option to “Modify Check In.” Navigate to the “Traveling with Children” section, and you'll be in the right place to change your password.
Alternatively, you can update your password once you are on the ship. The first time you head to Disney's Oceaneer Club on board, a Counselor will review the information you have provided and finalize the check-in process with you. You can ask to change your password at that time.
If you'd like to see the spaces designed just for the kids, head to the Open Houses during your sailing. The first
Open House will be held on embarkation afternoon, but they will host a few throughout your sailing where every guest, no matter their age, is encouraged to attend and play.
If you have more questions for us, please sail back to planDisney any time. We will be here for you!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
