How do I change my kids' character on the My Disney Experience page? I am having difficulty changing from me to my guests (kids).

    Hi Christine,

In order to change the character on your kid's My Disney Experience account, you will need to make sure that you are logged in to your account and that you are designated to "manage their plans". Once you have logged in to your account, hover over the Mickey icon on the My Disney Experience tab. A drop-down menu will open. Scroll down to "My Family and Friends List". Once your list opens, scroll down to the individual which you want to change. On the right hand side you will see a link to "Update". Click on that. If you are the designated plan manager of the person, you will see their character icon and an option to "Change Character". Once you select the new character, click "Done". You'll be all set. If you follow these steps and you don't see the option to "Change Character", it is because your kids My Disney Experience is linked to their own email and they have a separate account. If that is the case, you will need to have them log-in to their account and you can walk them through changing it (or you can do it for them). As long as you are all linked, you will see their new character icon once you log back in to your account.

Hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Wishing you magical memories,
