    Can I change hotels on the reservation I made a few days ago?

    Welcome to planDisney. Your springtime visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth will be here before you know it. How exciting! I am sure that you and your travel party are getting excited as you count down the days. 

    I am happy to report that you can change your Walt Disney World Resort hotel online or by phone. You can make these changes online through your My Disney Experience account. If you have not set up an account yet, Hakuna Matata! It only takes a matter of moments to get started. Once you have created an account you can link your upcoming plans in a few easy steps. Modifications can be made by logging into your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Select the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This page should have all of your upcoming vacation details, including your Disney Resort hotel information. You should also see a blue link labeled " Change Reservation". Choose this option to get started. The next page will have a list of a variety of modifications you can make including your Resort hotel. Choose the change option under your hotel accommodations. This link will take you to a list of available options during your stay. Choose the hotel you would like to switch to and your modifications will be made in no time. You will be back to planning before you know it. I do want to mention that if you booked your upcoming travel plans through a travel professional or agency they will need to make these changes on your behalf. 

    If you prefer to make your changes with a friendly Cast Member, you can call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team. They can assist you with these changes by phone. 

    And speaking of reservations, I just want to add a quick reminder to make your Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. This is an amazing year to visit Walt Disney World, and some dates have limited or no availability. Don't delay, make your Park Pass reservations today!
