    Hello I would like to change hotels

    Hi Tiffany!

    A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your question about modifying a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation. 

    Tiffany, most Disney Resorts Collection reservations can be easily modified, updated, or canceled online. To check if your reservation is eligible for online modification, please log in to your My Disney Experience account. Next, navigate to the “My Plans” section.

    If you do not see a “Modify Reservation” link under your current hotel reservation, then your reservation cannot be changed online.

    In this case, you will need to speak to a friendly Cast Member. The telephone number you must call can be found on this page.

    Please keep in mind that fees may apply, but most fees are being waived during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort! I encourage you to make your changes by April 30, 2021, to avoid additional fees.
