Hi Patricia,
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like we have an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate!
If you have not done so already, you need to link
your resort hotel reservation in
My Disney Experience. Go ahead and create an account if you do not have one. Once you log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. Use the confirmation number that should have been emailed to you to link that resort hotel reservation.
Once linked, you can log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and scroll down to see your reservation details. You may be able to change your reservation online. If not, you will need to
contact a Cast Member by phone to request the change. Keep in mind that changing to another resort hotel will depend on availability at the other resort hotel. And, there may be a difference in price for the new resort hotel.
If you have not done so already, you need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. To do so, you will need to link
theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Every Guest needs a park pass reservation to enter a theme park. The
theme park reservation availability calendar will let you see which parks have availability on the dates of your visit.
Patricia, as you consider changing your resort hotel reservation, remember also that if you had a
Special Offer that was applicable to that resort hotel stay, the same offer might not be available for the new resort hotel reservation. So, consider your changes carefully. I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get your resort hotel issue resolved and we can welcome you to the magic real soon!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
