    I am going to change my hoop de doo reservations for another day/time. If I call and speak to a cast member do they cancel the current reservation, or do they just switch my day? If they cancel, and rebook I can do that online myself.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I’m so happy to hear you’ve got plans to attend the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue! I love it all, from the hilarious antics of the Pioneer Players to the catchy tunes (seriously, you will be singing for days) to the strawberry shortcake. You’re in for a super fun night!

    Not to worry, Renee – if you are simply modifying your reservation to a different date and time, your credit card payment will transfer with the reservation. You’re welcome to change the reservation whichever way works best for you, either online in My Disney Experience, or by calling the Dining Guest Services line at (407) 939-7817.

    Enjoy the show! If you’ll have a little extra time before the show, I hope you’ll take the time to explore Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. My family loves visiting the Disney horses at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch, and there are so many fantastic recreation options, including archery, wagon rides, and even a holiday sleigh ride. It’s also lovely to stroll down by the lake near Pioneer Hall and enjoy the tranquil setting and beautiful views.
