How do you change a handicap stateroom category to a non handicap stateroom using the Disney Cruise Line website or app? I’m able to change the stateroom but it only gives me handicap stateroom options instead of non handicap stateroom options.

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Emily, we thank you for your question!

I'm so happy to hear that you will be sailing with Disney Cruise Line for what appears to be a Halloween on the High Seas sailing, how thrilling!

Emily, you may be eligible to modify or change your stateroom, pending the type of reservation you hold and the availability online through the Disney Cruise Line website once you sign in and access My Reservations located beneath My Disney Cruise under the Already Booked tab on the main page. Once through this process, and when you see your stateroom, please select the View Details button. As well, please note that any changes to the stateroom may reflect a difference in price. You will be able to adjust any filter settings for the type of stateroom as well. You may wish to refer to Disney Cruise Line's Deck Plans to aid in your new stateroom selection.

Kindly complete your Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In 30-days before sailing to complete the necessary documentation, select your Port Arrival Time and more.

Refer to Disney Cruise Line's - Know Before You Go resource in preparation for your sailing often, and even 24-hours before sailing for any updated information.

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App which hosts a variety of features, to manage your plans before and during your sailing.

Emily, I hope this information is helpful, it was my pleasure assisting you today, please stop by for any further related planning advice, thank you so much!
